He has worked with some industry giants such as Tata Steel, SAIL, Ultratech, Lafarge, L&T, Shapoorji Pallonji, Cummins, Ashok Leyland, etc. to bring in global solutions and drive mechanization in the Indian industry since 2005. His attention to detail, hands-on business operations, clarity of thought, constant aspiration for growth, and good communication skills have been beneficial in proving the success of Plaksa. Rajiv is also a family man and strongly believes that quality time with family is equally important.
